Great Experience & Rewards
We are looking for people who would be willing to donate some time to help with the smooth running of our races. It could be for just a couple of hours or for the whole race day.
With fund raising for the MOVE Against Cancer you would be helping support this great causes as well as contributing to make the race safe and enjoyable for everyone taking part.
It can be a lot of fun, and very rewarding too (see below)!

What works for you?
By donating your time you can choose from one of the following:
1. Free entry or a discount to a future race of ours for yourself or a friend/family member (subject to race value and the time you volunteer for). Races include: THE ROC Wales, THE ROC England, THE ROC Scotland, Hale 10K, Abersoch 10K, Abersoch Triathlon, Abersoch Coast Trail.
2. Donation to your running club or charity of your choice.
3. Free official Race Hoodie.
4. A refund or part refund depending on level of support for your current race entry fee.
