THE ROC ENGLAND COURSE DETAILS.

SWIM COURSE (1,500 meters)
Starts on the grass running into the lake for a teardrop course heading north along the shoreline to the next bay infront of Lakeside HQ before rounding 3 buoys to swim back again parallel to the shore, rounding the last buoy before heading in to the shore and running up the slip ramp onto the grass. 200 meters run through to transition.

   

BIKE COURSE (45.5 Kilometers – Out)
A superb exhilarating course with plenty of long fast sections and some exciting technical sections thrown in too.

  

SCAFELL PIKE MOUNTAIN (8.75 Kilometers each way)
Arguably the most inspiring trail routes up this most famous mountain. It’s a challenging route with a full mix of terrains; some steep, some fast and exhilarating and a few technical sections. A captivating mountain run that will keep your focus and drive stoked right up to the summit before the fast & furious run back down. N.B. You will need to pass the Esk Hause Check Point 6km up Scafell Pike before 12:30pm to be able to progress to the summit.

  

BIKE COURSE (45.5 Kilometers – Back)
Some great long stretches of open picturesque roads with plenty hills and technical sections thrown in too. It’s a memorable route back to the finish.

   

FINAL TRAIL RUN (1 Kilometer)
The finish adds that final challenge with a 1km trail run through the Lakeside forest and back round to see you home in style over the finish line.
